My reviews come later.But we really have a good time with Leondardo.He is really good photography tour guide.he knows all good place on tuscany and will bring you be there on right time. and that is not all.good accommodation with whole workshop.
We had a great time with Leo. From the very first email, Leo has been great. His emails were very descriptive and explained all the aspects of the tour. Even when we had to change our dates because of some travel issues, we didn’t face any difficulties and Leo changed the itinerary accordingly.
Our train to Florence was delayed by 2 hours and Leo waiting for 3 hours patiently. The accommodation provided to us were top notch. We were taken to the best local restaurants in town and helped us in trying out local cuisine.
He is a very professional photographer and knows what he is doing. It was raining on the day we arrived in Tuscany. But we roamed around in his car and found the spots with ideal weather condition to shoot. Based on our limited expertise and interest, he tweaked the itinerary and it was perfect for us.
The region has some great landscape and with the help of the local expert (Leo) we were able to take some great snaps and learn a lot not only about photography but also about Italy and Tuscany.
I would highly recommend Tuscany and Leo to anyone who is looking for a Photography Tour.
Leo also do tours in other parts of Europe and even in South America.
Based on this experience, I will surely consider doing more tours with Leo.

Leo is a fantastic photographer and I learn a lot of especially editing tricks from him when I travel with him. Our trip to Tuscany was even more special traveling with him since his love for his countryside is so contagious and got us to enjoy the local flavors. I look forward to doing more tours with him.

Leonardo is real good photographer as well as Tuscany local guide. At early in the morning he picked up me and started shooting tour all days. he introduce to me wonderful places where be able to shot perfect photo at right time. I'm very impressed on his technics of framing and how can read the light especially strong sun backlight. Finally special thanks for introducing some goods places in Dolomite even he was not with me Dolomite. Thanks again Leonardo! I never forget this photo trips.
Very professional guiding. Although the lack of time and the short notice we manage to go to all major photogenic spots at the best time of the day. Tuscany at it's best with Laonardo. Very polite and incredibly helpful in everything. Highly recommended.!!
We had a great day in Val D'Orcia with this talented photographer. Leonardo made a special effort to meet us for dinner the night before to customize our experience. He easily shared his expertise and took us to amazing locations. We had a memorable lunch on the terrace in Pienza along the way which added to our delightful day. We took a break in the afternoon and he guided us through post-production work flow with Photoshop on a laptop. He encouraged us to try it ourselves. After the workshop, he recorded a post-production session, sent it to us and offered to critique our images. Leonardo has a deep love for the Tuscan countryside. His appreciation of the landscape enhanced our own experience.
I have just returned home after spending a week photographing Tuscany with Tuscany Photography Tours and Leonardo Papera. I can say this was the best photographic experience of my life. Leonardo is an engaging and energetic young man who is passionate about landscape photography. The tour was a wonderful balance of exceptional landscape photography opportunities, instruction in technique and post-processing, and exploration of the many old walled cities of this region. Leonardo was both encouraging and challenging and you can see how photographers of all skill levels feel very comfortable with him and his guidance. The accommodations were excellent and the food exceptional.
